SkinPIN helps you record photos, food and routines and explore educational AI observations. AI may be inaccurate. SkinPIN does not provide a medical diagnosis or replace professional care.

Keep your account secure. Upload only photos and information you have authority to share. An adult parent or legal guardian must manage a child’s profile and make its sharing choices. Do not misuse the service or upload unlawful content.

AI sharing is optional and separate from agreeing to these terms. You can use non-AI features without enabling it. The privacy policy explains what is shared and retained, how to withdraw permission and how to delete your data.

Where billing is enabled, Free includes one track with up to four photos, 1 food AI scan per day, 3 skin AI scans per month and 1 AI comparison per week. Pro includes multiple tracks, more photos per track, PDF generation and sharing, 10 food AI scans per day, 30 skin AI scans per month and 30 AI comparisons per month. Allowances are per account across all profiles, do not roll over, and reset at midnight UTC daily, on Monday weekly, and on the first of each month. Failed analyses and viewing saved results do not count. Automated requests and misuse are not permitted.

Prices and billing intervals are shown before purchase in USD on the website. Annual plans charge the full annual amount upfront. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel website subscriptions through the billing portal; Pro continues until the end of the paid period. A five-year purchase is charged once upfront and provides Pro access for five years from payment, with the same Pro AI allowances. Access expires at the end of that term without automatic renewal. Any displayed monthly equivalent is the upfront price divided by 60 and is not a monthly payment option. It does not include unlimited AI. Price changes apply to new purchases unless separately communicated for an existing subscription. Photos, notes and saved results remain accessible when Pro ends. New PDF generation requires active Pro. Apple purchases use the price and currency displayed by the App Store. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting your SkinPIN account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Request Apple purchase refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com. Website purchase refund requests can be sent to sanju.birthtech@gmail.com and are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. Any legally required rights remain unaffected.
